Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are applied in ecommerce between Tapettitehdas Pihlgren &
Ritola (vendor) and consumer (customer). By submitting an order form, you agree and
accept these Terms and Conditions

1. Vendor

The web shop vendor is Tapettitehdas Pihlgren & Ritola Oy (VAT-number FI01571278).

2. Customer

To place an order in our web shop, you must be at least 18 of age EU- or Norwegian
resident. Orders outside EU and retailer orders we process manually in our customer service.

3. Pricing

Prices are in EUR and include 24% VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Placing and Order

Products can be purchased in our web shop www.tapettitehdas.fi. Pihlgren & Ritola does not
guarantee availability of products - and can discontinue certain items at any time without
notice. If a product is temporally unavailable, please enquire availability and we will notify as
soon as the product is back in stock. We process orders during weekdays at office hours.
After placing an order successfully, you will receive two e-mails: order confirmation and
shipping info, as soon as your order is processed and ready to be shipped.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through a third-party payment provider Paytrail. Pihlgren & Ritola
does not have access to your credit or debit card information, or any details of the
payments. Available payment methods are: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American
Express, Eurocard and Diners Club. If these are not convenient for you, you can always ask
for a bank transfer information from our customer service: in this case, your order is
processed manually.

6. Shipping

We will send your order within 1-2 workdays straight from the factory. Shipping fee will be
charged according to weight, starting from 12€. EU orders are delivered by a carrier of our
choice: GLS, DHL or Bring depending on where you live.

7. Returns And Exchanges

Our policy lasts 14 days in EU-countries. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Promotional products may be subject to different exchange and return conditions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can open one wallpaper roll per
design for inspection, anything above that is considered to be a resolution. To complete
your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your name and contact information,
delivery address and time of the delivery. If you are an EU-resident, you can exchange your
ordered product/ products within 14 days of delivery. Outside EU we only replace items if
they are defective or damaged. In an unlikely event of a faulty wallpaper contact us as soon
as possible: notice that it is your responsibility to check your wallpaper before and during
hanging – no more than two drops of wallpaper should be hanged if the product is
considered faulty.

To return or exchange your product, please contact our customer service first:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will
be deducted from your refund.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted or are granted partially: Any item
not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts. Any item that is returned more than
14 days after delivery

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you,
may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping
insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

9. Applicable Legislation And Liability

Pihlgren & Ritola is liable for faulty products according to applicable Finnish and EU
consumer protection laws. If a disagreement in contract of sale cannot be solved by
negotiations, EU-residents may seek legal settlement trough European Consumer Centre or
competent court of justice.

10. Immaterial Rights

All content (incl. pictures and texts) and website design is property of Pihlgren & Ritola and
its third-party partners. All material is protected by copyright laws and any unauthorized
copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
